Houston Associates, Inc. and Lucent Technologies Team To Provide Mission-Critical Network Operations (NETOPS) Management Solution to Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)

Houston Associates, a world-class provider of telecommunications, systems engineering, and management services to government, and Lucent Technologies (NYSE: LU) today announced a teaming partnership to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Network Operations Common Operating Picture (NETCOP) – a program aimed at providing a real-time, correlated situational awareness picture of networks, applications, systems and information assurance status.
